How can I get started with online training?
Select what you would like to begin with from our catalog. You will see a popup window where you will be prompted to fill in your information including an email and password, as well as your payment information for our Premium Community or paid courses. Once you have submitted this form, you can access your selected training method in your library.
I already have an account for in-person Sirius Strides services. Can I use that to log in to the online services on this site?
No, you will have to make a new account to access any of our online communities or courses.Â
Courses
How can I access the courses I've purchased?
Once logged in, you can access your courses from your library, along with any free mini courses you've added to your library and communities you've joined.
Am I able to take courses from my cellphone or tablet?
Yes, our courses can be viewed on any smartphone or tablet that can connect to the internet so long as you also have high-speed internet connection. We recommend using Wi-Fi whenever possible, especially if you do not have an unlimited data plan with your provider. Our course videos are designed to be streamed from our website directly, they are not downloadable, so you will be using data for each video you watch.
Do you offer previews for your paid courses?
No, if you would like to get an idea of our training methods, we recommend trying out one of our free mini courses first. If you have questions about the courses that are not covered within the descriptions in our catalog, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Can I get a refund for a course I purchased?
No, because our courses are digital and the content is accessible indefinitely after purchase, we do not offer refunds.
Can I still access my courses after I have completed them?
Yes, you can access your courses and go over the videos and lessons as many times as you like.
Do you offer any discounts, payment plans, or financial aid for your courses?
Unfortunately, we do not offer assistance in this regard at this time. We recommend joining our Premium Community for the most cost-effective option of continuous training.
How can I obtain a course certificate?
Certificates can be obtained by participating in the optional quiz at the end of our free mini courses and courses. These quizzes are all prompts for a video upload demonstrating what you've learned in the course. Once we review your work and see you've mastered the skills taught, you will receive your certificate!

How can I access the communities I've joined?
Once logged in, you can access your joined communities from your library, along with any courses you've purchased and free mini courses you've added to your library.
What's the difference between the Free Community and Premium Community?
Our Free Community is essentially a social hub for dog owners, trainers, and handlers to convene and share their love of dogs and their training journeys together. While there are challenges, they are designed to connect with your dog and the community. The purpose of our Premium Community is centered more around training itself. In addition to a beginner foundation learning path being accessible when you join, the challenges here are more plentiful and designed to teach and test skills. You will also have a chance to provide input on what you would like to see taught in our community and free mini courses via monthly polls.
In a nutshell: the Free Community is purely for community connection and the Premium Community is for learning.
I'm shy, how can I make the most of the communities?
It's completed okay to be shy! A lot of people feel the exact same way as you when they're just starting out. Know there is nothing you are experiencing as a dog owner that other people haven't experienced before. Dog training and the vulnerability that can accompany it can be incredibly challenging to navigate. The members of our communities are here to learn alongside you, support you, and celebrate your accomplishments with you!
To get the most out of the Premium Community especially, we highly encourage sharing as much as you're comfortable with. The more we're able to see of your journey, the more accurate and helpful our feedback and guidance can be.
What happens if my Premium Community membership runs out?
You will retain access to the Premium Community until the end of your billing cycle. Once the billing cycle ends, you will lose access to the community and the learning materials within it unless or until you renew.
